Sometimes we find shoes hanging from telephone wires in the streets. But there's no one definitive answer as to why.

For me, I hang a shoe to make visible the fact that hidden spy cameras inside shoes are being used for sexual voyeurism in Asia, such as China, Korea, and Japan.
